By accessing or using WritlifyAI (https://writlify.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or tools.

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of WritlifyAI, regardless of location. By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain EU/UK jurisdictions), and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

WritlifyAI is a free-to-use platform that provides AI-powered writing and text utility tools. Our tools help users generate, rewrite, summarize, paraphrase, and improve written content using artificial intelligence.

• Free access: All core tools are provided free of charge. No account or registration is required to use our tools.
• Rate limiting: To ensure fair access for all users, each user is limited to 5 requests per hour. This limit is tracked temporarily via your IP address and resets automatically each hour.
• No data storage: WritlifyAI does not store, log, or retain any text you submit to our tools. All processing happens in real time and nothing is saved after your session ends.
• AI-powered outputs: Our tools use artificial intelligence to generate text. Outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice.

You agree to use WritlifyAI only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use our tools to:

• Generate harmful content: Produce content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that promotes violence or discrimination against any individual or group.
• Create misinformation: Deliberately generate false, misleading, or deceptive content intended to deceive others, spread disinformation, or manipulate public opinion.
• Infringe intellectual property: Use our tools to reproduce, plagiarize, or infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Generate spam: Mass-produce low-quality, spammy, or unsolicited content for the purpose of SEO manipulation, bulk email campaigns, or content farming.
• Conduct illegal activities: Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, phishing, identity theft, or any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
• Harm minors: Generate any content that exploits, harms, or is directed at individuals under the age of 18 in any inappropriate manner.
• Bypass rate limits: Attempt to circumvent our 5-requests-per-hour limit using proxies, VPNs used abusively, automated bots, scripts, or any other method.
• Overload our infrastructure: Send automated, high-volume, or bot-generated requests that interfere with the performance or availability of the service for other users.

Your Content & Outputs

• You own your inputs: Any text you submit to our tools remains entirely your own. We do not claim any rights over content you provide.
• You own your outputs: Text generated by our AI tools in response to your inputs is yours to use freely, including for commercial purposes. No attribution toWritlifyAI is required.
• Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and taking responsibility for any AI-generated content before publishing or using it. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be original, accurate, or free from third-party rights.

WritlifyAI's Property

• Site & tools: The WritlifyAI website, interface, design, branding, logo, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of WritlifyAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• No copying our platform: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from WritlifyAI's codebase, design, or tools without our express written permission.

WritlifyAI uses artificial intelligence to generate written content. By using our tools, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Outputs may be inaccurate: AI-generated text can contain errors, outdated information, hallucinations, or factual inaccuracies. Always verify important content before use.
• Outputs may not be unique: AI models are trained on large datasets. Generated content may resemble existing text. You are responsible for checking originality before publishing, particularly for academic or professional use.
• Not professional advice: Nothing generated by WritlifyAI's tools constitutes legal, medical, financial, psychological, or any other form of professional advice. Do not rely on AI outputs for critical decisions.
• No guarantee of suitability: We make no guarantee that AI outputs will be suitable for your specific purpose, audience, or context.
• You are responsible: You assume full responsibility for how you use, publish, or act upon content generated by our tools.

To ensure WritlifyAI remains fast, stable, and accessible for everyone, we enforce the following fair-use policy:

• 5 requests per hour: Each user is permitted a maximum of 5 tool requests per rolling hour. This limit applies per IP address and resets automatically.
• How it is tracked: Your IP address is temporarily processed in memory to count requests. It is not stored permanently, not linked to any profile, and not shared with any third party. It is used solely for rate limiting.
• Bypassing limits is prohibited: Attempting to bypass rate limits using proxies, VPNs, bots, automated scripts, or any other technical means is a violation of these Terms and may result in your access being permanently blocked.
• Future plans: We may introduce higher rate limits or unlimited plans in the future. Any such plans will be clearly communicated on the site.

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are fully described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• No data stored: WritlifyAI does not store, log, or retain any text you submit to our tools. Your inputs and outputs exist only during your active session.
• Anonymous analytics only: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics — no personal data is collected or stored by us directly.
• Cookies: We use essential and analytics cookies only. No advertising cookies are currently active. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
• Future advertising: We may introduce Google AdSense advertising in the future. Any such change will be reflected in our Privacy Policy before activation, and consent will be obtained where legally required.

WritlifyAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
• Warranties that outputs will be free from third-party intellectual property claims.

We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WritlifyAI and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect or consequential damages: Including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm arising from use of our tools or reliance on AI-generated content.
• Direct damages exceeding $0: Since WritlifyAI is provided entirely free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed zero dollars ($0), to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Third-party actions: Any harm caused by third-party services integrated with our platform (e.g., Google Analytics), including their data practices or outages.
• Service interruptions: Any loss resulting from downtime, errors, or unavailability of the service, regardless of cause.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

WritlifyAI uses a small number of third-party services to operate:

• Google Analytics: Used to collect anonymous usage statistics. Governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Google Search Console: Used to monitor search performance. No personal data is collected via this service.
• Hosting provider: Our website is hosted by a third-party infrastructure provider. Standard server logs may be retained by them for security purposes.
• Future: Google AdSense: We may integrate Google AdSense advertising in the future. This will be disclosed in our Privacy Policy before activation.

Our site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party websites. Visiting external links is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently block access to WritlifyAI for any user who:

• Attempts to bypass rate limits or abuse the service.
• Uses our tools to generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content.
• Engages in any activity that disrupts or damages our service or infrastructure.

Because no user accounts are required, termination is enforced at the IP address level. Blocked IP addresses may be reported to hosting providers or authorities if illegal activity is suspected.

You may stop using WritlifyAI at any time. Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to delete or deactivate.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. We aim to serve users globally and comply with the legal requirements of the following jurisdictions:

• United States: Including compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents.
• European Union: Including compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU residents.
